I initially went to Uni Marble next door to Apex. I'm a first time home remodeler, so I wasn't sure what I needed/wanted, and really just wanted something that could answer some questions. Every single employee I spoke to at Uni was rude and dismissive and didn't want to help out. So I went next door to Apex and got help from Chelsea and another gentleman whose name escapes me, but he said he previously worked at Uni and hated it. Anyways, Chelsea was awesome! She was very helpful in picking out some tile, did some research for me on pricing/availability, and even went out of her way to go pick some tile up for me from the manufacturer so I could get it quicker. She introduced me to the owner as well, and he was very nice. Chelsea should get a raise for her customer service and this place should get priority if you're looking for tile/marble.
We had such a great experience working with Jorge at Apex Marble, that we came back when we were remodeling our rental property. We found Apex after other showrooms did not carry our desired quartz. Jorge was friendly, helpful and accommodating. The fabrication was incredible, somehow using one piece on an important counter with the sink! I highly recommend Apex Marble as your first stop when shopping g for counters and backsplash. Speaking of backsplash, the work was true detail perfection!
Very happy with the quartz countertops we picked out at Apex marble and the service provided by Sasha! She was very courteous, helped us with the quartz selection and even assisted with the quantity estimation based on the cabinet drawing/plans.
We picked out the Silestone Calacatta Gold quartz and got quoted a very competitive price as well. Very happy with the finish and quality of the stone especially on the island which is the centerpiece for the kitchen. Picked out jumbo slabs and used them in the kitchen & bathroom. We also picked out shower pan from Apex marbles that turned out great too!
The ordering process was smooth with timely updates on the availability of the items. Sasha also helped work with the suppliers to give additional information/pictures of a product we were interested in.
I went with Apex marble for my complete kitchen remodel. They were responsive, competitive in pricing and superb in craftsmanship. There were some miscommunication. But Apex marble took ownership of it and quickly fixed it for me. In the end, my kitchen island with double sided waterfall turned out perfect. I'm quite picky when it comes to details but I was extremely impressed. It's just perfect. I would go with Apex again if I'm in need of any stones.
We are absolutely thrilled with the Quartzite slab we got for our countertop from Apex Marble. Their selection had many interesting pieces, some of which were like works of art. We fell in love with one slab but we weren't sure if a single slab would be able to cover our whole kitchen. The staff at Apex worked diligently to figure out how to carve it out to fill our kitchen with a single slab, while still featuring the most interesting parts of the slab in visible areas. The crew came to measure and even took note of the direction of our flooring pattern so they could line up with the veins on the countertop! They also suggested that we merge the two pieces of the slab at the middle of the sink, where the joint would be the least noticeable because it is the smallest part of the slab. These were two brilliant details that we never thought about, but really add a lot to the look and finish of the kitchen. The overall effect is a perfect showcase of their beautiful slab, and really makes our whole kitchen "pop". Very happy with the customer service, materials, and installation all around!
